Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within the stated turnaround time. Once shipped, please allow 2–5 business days for transit.

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling or delivery of the package. If your insured package is lost or arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please take photos and contact us via email at HELP@SWEETSOUTHERNTRANSFERS.COM.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an item has shipped, unless a shipping error was made on our end. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, refused delivery, or a non-deliverable address, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges will be required to resend the item.
