Custom Artwork Policy

At Sweet Southern Transfers, we love helping you bring your creative vision to life! To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please read our artwork guidelines:

1. File Requirements:

  • Submit high-resolution, print-ready files (minimum 300 DPI).

  • Acceptable file types: PNG, JPEG, PDF, or AI/EPS for vector artwork.

  • Ensure designs are accurate and final—we cannot make edits to your artwork.

2. Design Guidelines:

  • Artwork must be original or properly licensed—we assume all artwork uploaded is properly licensed and owned. 

  • Keep text and critical details inside safe margins to prevent cutting issues.

3. Review & Approval:

  • We do not provide design services or proof corrections. Please double-check your files before submitting.

  • Orders will be printed exactly as submitted.
