  • No refunds are given on custom transfers unless there is a file-related printing issue.

Artwork Requirements

  • We do not design or edit artwork.

  • You must submit a print-ready file with a transparent background and high resolution with your order.

  • If we do not receive your file within 48 hours, your order will be automatically refunded.

  • Accepted fabrics: 100% cotton, blends, and 100% polyester.

Processing Time

  • Estimated processing time: 2–7 business days.

  • Processing begins once we have received your high-resolution, transparent background file.

DTF Pressing Instructions

  • Temperature: 300–320°F

  • Time: 7–10 seconds

  • Peel: Hot peel

  • Finish:

    • Gloss → use Teflon

    • Matte → use Parchment

  • Detailed pressing instructions are included with every order.

 
Artwork Policy

At Sweet Southern Transfers, we love helping you bring your creative vision to life! To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please read our artwork guidelines:

1. File Requirements:

Submit high-resolution, print-ready files (minimum 300 DPI).

Acceptable file types: PNG, JPEG, PDF, or AI/EPS for vector artwork.

1. Turnaround Time:

Custom transfers are typically printed and shipped within 2-9 business days.

2. Quality Guarantee:

Transfers are printed with care, using industry-standard techniques for DTF, screen printing, and sublimation.

Pressing instructions are included with every order.

3. Refunds & Reprints:

No edits, refunds, or reprints will be issued if the submitted artwork is incorrect.

Reprints are only available if there is a printing error caused by Sweet Southern Transfers.

4. Shipping & Handling:

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping times vary based on location and chosen shipping method.

Print Policy

At Sweet Southern Transfers, we take pride in producing vibrant, high-quality transfers. To ensure your expectations match the final product, please review our color and printing guidelines:

1. Monitor vs. Print:

Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in the final printed transfer.

This is due to the difference between RGB (screen colors) and CMYK (print colors)—digital screens use light to create color, while printing uses ink.

Some bright or neon tones may appear less intense in print.

2. Color Matching & PMS:

We do not match Pantone (PMS) colors precisely.

Slight variations in hue, saturation, or brightness may occur, particularly in multicolor designs.

3. Screen Printing Variations:

Screen printed items may show minor differences in color intensity, registration, or ink coverage.

These variations are normal and considered acceptable within industry standards.

4. Custom Color Requests:

If you have a specific color requirement, please provide a detailed reference and specify if your file is in CMYK or RGB.

While we’ll make every effort to match your requested color, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

5. Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, print-ready files.

Sweet Southern Transfers is not liable for color variations caused by file issues, RGB/CMYK differences, or device screen settings.
